Tell us a little about yourself and your family, how long you have lived in the area and your occupation.: MARRIED, CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN IN KOOTENAI COUNTY. I PURCHASED MY MY HOME 2013. 33 YEARS IN LAW ENFORCEMENT.

I AM THE CURRENT SHERIFF OF KOOTENAI COUNTY. I HAVE ALWAYS VOTED FOR CONSERVATIVE CANDIDATES THROUGHOUT MY VOTING CAREER.
2. Please tell us about your activity as a Republican. Have you previously voted for candidates of other parties? If yes, explain.:
I HAVE WALKED KOOTENAI COUNTY PRECINCTS FOR CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN CANDIDATES. I HAVE NOT VOTED FOR A DEMOCRAT.
3. What is the purpose of government?:
LIMITED GOVERNMENT, PROTECTION OF RIGHTS, MAINTAIN LAW AND ORDER, NATIONAL SECURITY.
4. Describe why you are running for this particular office. What are your qualifications? What are your goals?:
PROTECT OUR RIGHTS AND COMMUNITY. 33 YEAR LAW ENFORCEMENT BACKGROUND. CONTINUE TO PROTECT OUR RIGHTS AND COMMUNITY, PREPARE COMMUNITY FOR GROWTH AND THREATS.

PREVIOUS SEARCH AND RESCUE MEMBER, MEMBER OF A COMMUNITY SERVICE ORGANIZATION, ROTARY, VOLUNTEER AT KCRCC.
6. Do you describe yourself as fiscally conservative? Please, elaborate.:
YES, I BELIEVE THAT GOVERNMENT SHOULD BE AS SMALL AS IT NEEDS TO BE, TO ADEQUATELY DELIVER SERVICES REQUIRED BY STATUTE.
7. Do you consider yourself as socially conservative? Please elaborate.:
YES. I BELIEVE THAT TRADITIONAL MARRIAGE IS BETWEEN A MAN AND A WOMAN. I BELIEVE THAT ONE SHOULD USE THE BATHROOM OF THEIR SEX AT BIRTH.

REPUBLICAN. I AGREE WITH THE REPUBLICAN PLATFORM.

A 93 YEAR OLD MAN, BORN AND RAISED IN COEUR D’ ALENE, TOLD ME, “I AM THE MOST ACCESSIBLE SHERIFF THIS COUNTY HAS EVER SEEN, YOU’RE EVERYWHERE .” I WILL CONTINUE WITH MY COMMUNITY OUTREACH.
