Tell us a little about yourself and your family, how long you have lived in the area and your occupation.:

I am married with a blended family of 4 children. We recently lost one of our 3 sons. I have lived in Coeur d'Alene since 1990. My husband and I own our small business which is a coin shop located on Sherman Ave in Coeur d'Alene.

1. Do you have experience as an elected official and if so, what was your position, and how would you describe your voting record?:

I am currently serving my first term as State Representative for the seat I am running for. My voting record shows my belief of responsible and less intrusive government, supporting our constitutional and inalienable rights, protecting our children and spending responsibly knowing the money belongs to the people of Idaho.

2. Please tell us about your activity as a Republican. Have you previously voted for candidates of other parties? If yes, explain.:

I have worked with the local central committee for several years as a volunteer and treasurer. I have not voted for candidates of other parties. I am also a member of the Idaho Freedom Caucus.

3. What is the purpose of government?:

To do for the people what they cannot do for themselves like roads for interstate commerce, emergency services, and protection of the population.

4. Describe why you are running for this particular office. What are your qualifications? What are your goals?:

I met with several constituents who did not feel they were truly being represented. I ran and am running to be that representation in Boise. My qualifications are as listed in our laws, I am a resident of my district and have lived there for the statutory time. My goals would be to further protect our children, one way is legislation to protect them from online adult sites as well as social media. Another goal is to continue to vote against bad budgets that increase taxes.

5. Describe experiences where you are or have been engaged such as non-profit organizations, clubs, churches, boards, commissions, etc., where you have been of service to others.:

I have been involved in my church over my entire life. I am currently on the Coeur d'Alene parking commission. I was active when my children were little on the park and rec sports teams, cub scouts and Awanas. I am also part of the local coin club.

6. Do you describe yourself as fiscally conservative? Please, elaborate.:

Yes, government does not have their own money they get it off the backs of the tax payers. They should be stewards of the tax payer and work on decreasing budgets not continuing to grow them. Personally I am debt free including my home.

7. Do you consider yourself as socially conservative? Please elaborate.:

Yes, I enjoyed my life growing up where morals and values where taught by the parents and parents were involved in raising their kids. I encourage life where traditional family values are supported and not vilified.

8. Describe which party platform best aligns with your positions on public policy (Republican, Democrat, Libertarian or Constitutional Party) and where do you disagree with that platform.:

When reading all platforms the Republican party platform best aligns with my positions.

9. Do you have any history of tax liens, criminal record, bankruptcy or conflict of interest that may affect your future decisions or desirability to be voted into office?:

No

10.Describe how you will make yourself available to your constituents and vote as their representative with FORTITUDE, adhering to the values and answers you have stated above.:

I have several ways I can be reached. State email is answered all year EPrice@house.idaho.gov. I can be reached by phone 208 654 3228. Come visit me at townhalls. I appreciate discussions and dialogue to make sure I am representing the good people of Idaho in district 4 and throughout the state.
