Legal Defense Fund

The KCRCC has retained Harmeet Dhillon of the Dhillon Law Group to represent the committee and its members as needed as either defendants or plaintiffs.

Harmeet Dhillon is a nationally recognized lawyer and passionate advocate for First Amendment rights and election law matters.

The KCRCC Legal Fund will be exclusively used for legal matters. Because donations to the KCRCC Legal Fund will not be used for electioneering they are not subject to Sunshine Laws and are not reportable to the Secretary of State. Also, because donations fund are classified as gifts they are not tax deductible.
