Dalton Gardens City Council has gone off the tracks!

This is why we need Vetting and Rating!!

Dalton Gardens City Council has gone off the tracks, down the bank and into the river...and they don't seem to care. The repercussions for the good people of Dalton Gardens could include:

•Forced Annex into neighboring city (most likely Coeur d'Alene due to sewer capacities)

•Taxes raised upon annexation (currently $.38 raised to approx $3.11 per thousand valuation)

•City will be removed from Panhandle Health grandfathering which will require sewer installs (approx $25k per resident for LID hook- ups)

•Potential of sidewalks, street lights, etc.

•Potential of high-density housing

•Rural “feel” removed

•Bills will not be paid

•Permits will not be issued

•All city functions cease

The next council meeting will be Monday at 6pm at Dalton Gardens City Hall and there is a citizens rally at that same time with free hot dogs and burgers. Stop by and lend support to friends in Dalton Gardens.
